Project Officer– Campus Development and Management Office

(Ref: PO (CDMO)2026-07-31) 

Responsibilities: 

• handle in relation to building repairs and maintenance, improvement works and renovation;
• assist in conceptual design, tender preparation, procurement and works supervision on projects assigned;
• assist in space inventory, space planning and assets management, including staff accommodation and easy-access facilities;
• monitor improvement works for compliance with specific statutory requirements, procedures and design standard;
• assist in feasibility study of potential alteration/ improvement;
• coordinate and support those relevant departments/ users on discussion, meeting, workshop and consultation for projects;
• manage the consultant teams, specialists and contractors to delivery project timely and cost effectively in the development projects;
• oversee project data, image archives, and essential administrative tasks,
  
  

Applicants should: 

• Possess a recognised bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies / Building Surveying / Project Management or a related discipline;
• Have 3 - 5 years of relevant site working experience and experience in handling project-related documents;
• Have good knowledge of statutory requirements for building works, construction detail, project management and tender procurement;
• Have relevant knowledge in BIM, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling related programs will be an advantage;
• Be proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Project and Chinese Word Processing;
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; and
• self-motivated, a good team player, and have a strong sense of responsibility and good working attitude.
