Programme Executive – EngSeeds Programme (1-year Contract)

Duties:

• Assist in the administration and delivery of the EngSeeds Programme
• Coordinate with schools, universities, engineering divisions and industry partners and the Divisions/Committee of the Institution
• Organise programme activities, including workshops, site visits and engagement sessions
• Support student participation tracking and related documentation
• Liaise with internal committees to facilitate programme implementation
• Assist in monitoring progress, collecting feedback and preparing reports
• Provide logistical support for meetings and events
• Support programme promotion and outreach activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Education, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 5 – 8 years relevant experience in programme management, project coordination, education or related fields
• Good organisational and project coordination skills
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to work with schools and external stakeholders
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Interest or experience in STEAM or youth programmes is an advantage
