Chief Executive Officer

The Role

The CEO is expected to provide strategic and inspirational leadership to drive the overall service operation and to navigate a critical period of organization expansion with the  Headquarters redevelopment over the next few years, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, inclusion and people development.

The Person

• A seasoned executive with a proven track record of leading large and complex human service organizations through growth and transformation.
• Possesses the ability to translate strategic vision into meaningful outcomes enabling organizational success and effectiveness.
• Passionate with high sense of integrity and an unwavering commitment to serving disadvantaged and vulnerable communities.
• A People Leader who nurtures, engages, and develops the team for stability and succession planning.
• A strong and influential collaborator that can cultivate trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and has proven experience in Chinese Mainland and international partnership.

Requirements

• A recognized tertiary qualification, preferably a postgraduate degree, in social sciences, health or a related discipline.
• Substantial senior leadership experience in a sizeable organization. 

The successful candidate will normally be appointed on contract terms. Renewal of contract will be subject to the jobholder’s performance and mutual agreement.
