Instructional Assistant - Department of Management
Position Description
The Department of Management is seeking high-calibre candidates to fill the position of Instructional Assistant. The appointee will provide support in the preparation of course materials, class administration, grading of assignments, and invigilation of examinations. The position requires flexibility to work outside normal office hours when necessary, such as during examination periods and immediately thereafter.
Qualification
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in business, management, psychology, or a related social science discipline. They should possess strong written and spoken English and Chinese, good analytical and computing skills, and effective interpersonal abilities. The successful candidate should be a reliable team player. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
