Assistant Quality Compliance Officer (Fresh Graduates/IANG Welcome)

Job Description:

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and auditing the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and ISO 45001 (OH&S).

• Perform regular on-site quality, environmental, and safety inspections; ensure full compliance with internal standards and local statutory requirements.

• Prepare IMS documentation, safety reports, audit findings, and compliance records.

• Conduct safety and ISO awareness training sessions for frontline operational staff.

• Assist in accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.

• Support ad-hoc quality compliance projects and external audit preparation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 1 year’s working experience in quality management, safety inspection, or regulatory compliance (Fresh graduates will also be considered).

• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standard frameworks and audit procedures.

• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.

• Capable of working independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese/English word processing.

• Holders of Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), IANG, or valid Hong Kong working visas are highly welcome.

• 协助开发、维护及审核涵盖 ISO 9001 (QMS)、ISO 14001 (EMS) 及 ISO 45001 (OH&S) 的综合管理体系（IMS）。

• 执行定期现场质量、环境及安全检查；确保完全符合内部标准及本地法定要求。

• 撰写 IMS 文件、安全报告、审核结果及合规记录。

入职要求：

• 持有职业健康与安全、环境科学、质量管理、工程或相关学科的学位。

• 具备 1 年质量管理、安全检查或法规合规方面的工作经验（应届毕业生亦会考虑）。

• 熟悉 ISO 9001、ISO 14001 及 ISO 45001 标准框架与审核程序。

• 具备良好的普通话、英语及广东话读写及口语能力。

• 能够独立工作，具备良好的解决问题能力及沟通技巧。

• 精通 MS Office 应用程式及中英文电脑打字。
