Assistant Business Develpoment Officer (Fresh Graduates/IANG Welcome) (MKT0901)

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department.

• Research organizations and individuals to develop new business opportunities in various markets

• Assist in quotation preparation, service contract drafting, and management for business development across Hong Kong and Mainland China markets.

• Act as a primary contact with clients, handle account-servicing matters, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendor partners to ensure smooth project execution.

• Assist in ad-hoc marketing projects and business events as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines

• 1 year’s relevant experience in sales, marketing, account servicing, or digital marketing (Fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered).

• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese/English Word Processing; basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication skills.

• Holders of Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS), IANG, or valid Hong Kong working visas are highly welcome.

• 为市场部提供全面的行政及营运支援。

• 调研各类市场中的机构，开拓新的业务机会

• 协助准备报价单、拟备服务合约，并管理香港及内地市场的业务拓展。

• 担任客户的主要联络人，处理客户服务事宜，并维护良好的客户关系。

• 与内部团队及外部供应商伙伴协调，以确保项目顺利执行。

• 协助执行获指派的临时市场项目及商业活动。

入职要求：

• 持有市场营销、工商管理或相关学科的学位。

• 具备 1 年销售、市场推广、客户服务或数码营销的相关经验（具潜质的应届毕业生亦会考虑）。

• 具备良好的普通话、英语及广东话读写及口语能力。

• 精通 MS Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）及中英文电脑打字；具备基础平面设计或影片剪辑技能更佳。

• 工作积极主动、注重细节、具分析能力及具备良好的沟通技巧。

• 非常欢迎持有高端人才通行证计划（高才通/TTPS）、IANG 或其他有效香港工作签证的人士应征。
