Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager to execute construction contracts;

• To plan, organize, direct and coordinate all activities and resources in the construction site;

• Liaising with clients, consultants and senior project management for construction works implementation;

• Responsible for Building projects for schools or tertiary educational institutions.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holders in Building related discipline

• 3 years relevant working experience

• Previous experience in building projects would be preferred 

• Good in preparation of method statement , programmer and other project documents

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
