Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries/complaints regarding their loan application
- Provide quality customer service
- Conduct outbound call to introduce and promote credit card/ personal loan
- Achieve the assigned sale target
Requirements:
- HKCEE/ HKDSE graduated or above
- Knowledgeable in personal loan and credit card loan products
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- Proactive with good communication skill
