Responsibilities
- Set goals for telemarketing staff and monitor their performance to boost sales
- Oversee team efficiency and manage staffing plans
- Monitor calls to ensure high service quality
- Train staff to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
Requirements
- Post-secondary education
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong sales motivation and proven sales management skills
