ROLE MISSION

• To provide strategic financial leadership for the Group.

• To ensure strong financial governance, compliance and reporting.

• To support the Group’s continued growth and meet Hong Kong listed-company obligations.

ROLE SUMMARY

• Report directly to the CEO.

• Oversee the full finance function and company secretarial matters.

• Lead and supervise a finance team of 6.

• Act as a key business partner to senior management.

• This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for financial accuracy, statutory compliance, HKEX reporting and company secretarial support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-spectrum accounting operations, including month-end close, consolidation and group reporting.

• Ensure compliance with HKFRS, HKEX Listing Rules and all statutory filing requirements.

• Prepare and review interim and annual financial statements, announcements and circulars.

• Oversee internal controls, risk management and external and internal audits.

• Lead cash flow forecasting, treasury management and banking relationships.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support business decisions.

• Lead, supervise and develop a finance team of 6.

• Handle company secretarial duties for Hong Kong and offshore entities, including BVI companies 

• Liaise with auditors, regulators, company secretary and other external stakeholders.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Qualified accountant: HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent.

• Minimum 8–10 years of post-qualification experience.

• At least 3–5 years of senior finance experience in a Hong Kong listed company, GEM or Main Board.

• Experience in freight forwarders or logistics service providers is a must.

• Proven experience in group consolidation, financial reporting and HKEX regulatory compliance.

• Strong knowledge of company secretarial practices for Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions, especially BVI, is highly advantageous.

• Prior experience as a Named Company Secretary of a Hong Kong listed company is not required; but will be a plus.

• Experience in leading and developing finance teams.

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese.

• High integrity, strong analytical skills and able to work independently under pressure.
