Job Duties: 

• Responsible for order processing, replenishment and delivery schedule

• Keep tracking on shipment dispatch and arrival status

• Co-ordinate with internal parties for inventory planning, stock control and logistics arrangement

• Work closely with related external stakeholders including coordinate with 3PL to ensure an efficient workflow of order processing, stock movement and shipping schedule

• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or other related disciplines

• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics

• Responsible, detail-oriented, independent and with good communication skill

• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving skills

• Familiar with MS Office application

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
