The Job 

• Client: A Listed Property Group

• Position: Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Officer

• Responsibilities: Responsible for the leasing of retail malls in HK. Responsible for market research & analysis, tenancy management, lease terms negotiation, document management, etc.

• $20-25K+. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements 

• Degree holder

• 1-2 years experience in retail leasing gained with property developers for sizeable shopping malls

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese

• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
