Job Responsibilities

• Install, deploy, maintain, and support server and network infrastructure environments.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network, server, and system-related issues to ensure service availability and performance.

• Provide technical support and planning for Internet, Intranet, website platforms, business applications, system software, and hardware.

• Perform infrastructure upgrades, configuration changes, and preventive maintenance activities.

• Participate in incident management and provide timely resolution for production issues.

• Provide 24x7 on-call support and perform shift duties as required.
  

Job Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in network administration, implementation, and support.

• Solid experience with network technologies and devices, including Switches, Routers, WiFi Controllers, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Load Balancers, and network monitoring tools.

• Strong troubleshooting skills in LAN/WAN and TCP/IP networking environments.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, VMware virtualization platforms, and SAN Storage technologies.

• Familiarity with infrastructure best practices, system security, and performance monitoring.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
