Job Duties: 

• Verify purchase requisitions and vendor registrations, ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements;

• Support KPI reporting and development, including variance analysis and trend analysis across business units and product lines;

• Provide support for weekly and monthly management reports and perform financial analysis as required;

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as annual budget reporting packages;

• Assist with accounting functions, including but not limited to month-end closing, accounting schedules, filing, and voucher preparation;

• Assist in yearly audit & tax filing; and

• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and financial reporting

• Independent, Responsible, detail-minded

• Proficient in MS Office applications, advanced in MS Excel, Power BI and reporting visualization tools would be an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
