Senior Settlement Officer/Assistant Settlement Manager/Settlement Manager

Job Description:

• Carry daily settlement transactions operation which including deal matching

• Responsible for day-end procedures & daily stock reconciliation

• Manage and supervise daily back office activities - securities/futures(CCASS & DCASS)

• Perform SI instructions and daily settlement operations of securities, futures and options

• Implement and maintain effective internal control in the operating process to minimise risk exposure

• Support ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Diploma / University graduate

• Minimum 5 years related experience in brokerage industry

• Familiar with relevant compliance rules and regulations, CCASS, DCASS

• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

• Well-organised personality with attention to details

• MIC background is an advantage

• Excellent command in English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as lower position

• Immediate available is preferred
