Responsibilities:

• Involve in execution of daily operations of the Concierge counters to deliver premier services to guests;

• Handle complaints, requests, enquiries and value-added services effectively and provide support to marketing activities;

• Handle light refreshment and utensils in member lounge.

 Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management / Property Management or related discipline;

• 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Customer Service / Front Office and gained from the field of Hotel / Property Management;

• Excellent command of spoken / written English, Putonghua and Cantonese;

• Cheerful, initiative, service oriented and able to communicate with guests with different cultural background;

• Willing to work on shift;

• Fresh graduates will be considered;

• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Customer Service Assistants.
