  Job Responsibilities

1.  Define the company’s key products and capability map, and lead the overall planning and development strategy for the company’s core products.

2.  Track and analyze industry trends and emerging technologies, collect and evaluate customer needs and competitor dynamics, identify product development directions, and clarify product optimization paths.

3.  Assist in improving the company’s product management system, establish product evaluation frameworks, and build a performance appraisal and incentive system for product managers to support product managers in achieving product capability development goals.

4.  Diagnose issues with key products, drive the optimization of Company resource and policy allocation, and promote the capability building of key products and the resolution of shortcomings.

  Job Requirements

1.  Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields are preferred.

2.  8+ years of experience in product planning, product management, or solution design.

3.  Familiar with full product lifecycle management, able to judge cutting-edge product development trends, and keenly identify issues with the company’s existing products.

4.  Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effective cross-departmental collaboration with strong execution.

5.  Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong resilience under pressure.

6.  Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin; skilled in office tools including PPT, Excel, etc.
