• We are a leading 3C electronics company that manufactures our own products in our own factory in China Guangdong, under our own brand. We specialize in producing and distributing a wide range of consumer electronics and 3C products to distributors across Hong Kong. 
• Our product portfolio includes power banks, travel adaptors, extension sockets, desktop sockets, charging cables, location trackers, wall chargers, and other essential 3C accessories. 
• We operate as both a manufacturer and distributor, controlling the entire production process from manufacturing to distribution, ensuring quality and competitive pricing for our Hong Kong distributor partners.

• To drive business growth by identifying and securing new distribution partners, expanding sales channels, and maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors. 
• You will play a pivotal role in growing our market presence in Hong Kong's 3C electronics distribution sector and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.

• You will identify and develop new business opportunities and sales channels in the 3C electronics market, build and maintain strong relationships with local Hong Kong distributors and vendors, promote our own-brand 3C products, and contribute to the company's strategic growth objectives in Hong Kong's 3C electronics distribution market.
• Work independently and supervise one sales staff in the initial stage; develop a small sales team as the business grows.

• Identify and secure new distribution partners and business opportunities in Hong Kong's 3C electronics market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Develop and expand sales channels for own-brand 3C products including power banks, travel adaptors, extension sockets, desktop sockets, charging cables, location trackers, and wall chargers
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the 3C electronics sector
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and distribution agreements with distributors
• Present our own-brand product offerings and value propositions to potential and existing distributors, highlighting manufacturing quality and competitive advantages
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Monitor distributor performance and provide support to maximize sales potential
• Track and report on business development activities, sales metrics, and market insights
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance company presence
• Develop strategic sales plans and business growth strategies for the Hong Kong market
• Support marketing initiatives and product promotions to distributors for our own-brand products
• Maintain competitive knowledge of 3C electronics products and market dynamics
• Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress

• Degree holder preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the 3C electronics/consumer electronics industry
• Strong network and established relationships with local Hong Kong distributors and vendors in the 3C electronics sector
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable distribution agreements
• Proficient in English and Cantonese (Putonghua is an advantage)
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple distributor relationships simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills for market research and sales trend analysis
