Responsible for handling leasing, tenancy agreements, property management, site visits arrangements and negotiation with tenants etc.

- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estates, Property / Facility Management or related disciplines

-  Fresh grad or 2 years experience in leasing and property management field

- Knowledge in landlord / tenancy law and leasing procedures - Excellent command in both spoken and written English

- Pro-active, customer oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skill

- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
