Project Co-ordinator II(s) (Ref. 260001B9) (Closing date: August 18, 2026)

The Office of University General Education (OUGE) is inviting applications for Project Co-ordinator II positions to support the Office’s General Education (GE) programmes and initiatives.

The appointee(s) will be responsible for (a) co-ordinating course and programme administration, handling student matters, and supporting committees and working groups; (b) performing general administrative duties, including handling personnel and financial matters, and co-ordinating office maintenance and renovation; (c) organising events and activities; and (d) performing other assigned duties.

Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree; (ii) an excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English; (iii) good computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis; (iv) a strong sense of responsibility and initiative; and (v) strong interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills. Having experience in graphic design and artwork production will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for written tests on Chinese and English proficiency.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
