Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the CPJobs x Xccelearte Lunch & Learn Series (the "Event"). By registering for and attending this Event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "T&Cs"). These T&Cs apply to all individuals who register for or attend the Event (each, a "Participant").
1. Registration and Attendance
Registration: All Participants must register for the Event through the official registration link provided. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and is subject to availability.
Confirmation: A registration is not complete until you have received a confirmation email from the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to decline any registration without providing a reason.
Deadline: Submit your registration on or before 2 working days before the event day.
2. Code of Conduct
Respectful Environment: All Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Event. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated.
Right of Refusal: The Organizer and Event staff reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Event, any Participant who violates these T&Cs or whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund or compensation.
3. Intellectual Property
Content: All materials, presentations, discussions, and intellectual property shared by speakers, sponsors, or the Organizer during the Event are for informational and educational purposes only. They remain the property of their respective owners.
Usage: Participants may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any Event content without the express written permission of the content owner.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Information: The information and views expressed by the speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of the Organizer. The Organizer makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.
Personal Risk: Participants attend the Event at their own risk. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, except where prohibited by law.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection: By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of Event management and communication. You may refer to https://www.cpjobs.com/hk/privacy-policy for more details.
Marketing Communications: By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications from the Organizer regarding this Event and future events. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
6. Event Changes and Cancellation
Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, topics, or format at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason. In such a case, registered Participants will be notified as soon as possible.
7. Governing Law
These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
