見工面試印象分好重要！教你面試衣著三大原則！
面試穿著得宜能夠令人眼前一亮，增加不少印象分！到底何時面試才需要全副西裝上陣，而Business Formal、Business Casual與Smart Casual有何分別呢？讓筆者講解面試衣著三大原則，讓大家不必當個面試怪胎。 1. Business Formal與Business Casual大不同 眾所周知，Business Formal 是最正式的面試衣著，以一整套黑、白、灰、深灰色的西裝見人，形象非常專業。如果 Business Formal 是一整套西裝上陣，那麼 Business Casual便算是半套西裝，你可以只穿恤衫西褲，把西裝外套與呔留在家中；你亦可以把西褲換成深色窄腳褲。在 Business Casual 的世界裡，西裝外套亦可以「摺袖」，更可以來點不一樣的顏色，譬如深藍、深藍都是十分「醒目」卻不浮誇的選擇。 那麼，到底甚麼類型的面試才需要 Business Formal 的衣著呢？筆者的建議是：如果你的職業是傳統文職，如金融業、律師等，或是正經八百的工種，如酒店業、公務員等，便需要以 Business Formal 面試；而 Business Casual 則適用於既專業又講求靈活性的行業，例如講求口才的 PR、Marketing等。
