三大新興另類員工福利！ 有一樣就等於好公司？ 1. 購物狂也有福利！日本經濟產業省在今年二月尾正式推行第一次スーパーデリバリー，即是白金星期五（Premium Friday）。這項新措施參考了美國感恩節之後的「購物黑色星期五」，在下一個月的最後一個星期五讓員工提早於下午3點下班，旨在令員工有更多時間購物和消費。日本有不同類型的公司都參加了這項活動，你又是否希望這陣熱潮吹到香港呢？ 乍看之下提早下班的確很吸引，然而部份享有這項福利的員工卻表示：「我寧願加薪水！否則也沒閒錢購物啊！」還有人覺得「嘿！工作還不是一樣提早完成……現在上司更順利成章地在白金星期五前一天加重工作量了！」呃…小編還是乖乖抑制我的購物慾吧…嗚！ 2. 休息是為了走更長的路？一般公司為員工開設的進修班大多以相關技能為主，主要為了令員工的知識更上一層樓，讓公司獲利更多。然而有些公司卻是為了讓員工接觸更多休閒活動，放鬆身心！例如Google在山景城園區便設有舞蹈室及健身室，更專門請來舞蹈及健身課程經理教授，讓員工學習跳舞、瑜伽、健身等課程，減低壓力。老闆！在香港應該把這項福利在地化，賜予我們一間麻雀房吧！
