求職者獲得了面試機會,當然希望一擊即中,要成功突圍取悅僱主,有些言語及行為你必須注意及避免犯錯。有資深人事顧問提醒求職者面試時應避免的事情,我們精選了當中四項給各位參考。 1.不要沒有提出好問題:面試就像推銷員向客戶推銷一樣,你必須了解面試公司的須要並設法證明你正好符合要求。要理解面試公司需要什麼你必須提出好的問題,要明白面試是雙向,面試者與求職者同時亦在向對方面試,這亦是一個好機會給你去了解你的工作、公司、管理層及公司文化等。 2.切勿避免眼神接觸及向對方發放負面訊息:負責面試者或人事部經理會嘗試了解你如何對人溝通,並想像你與公司客戶及員工相處的情況。一定要避免坐立不安,保持與對方有適當的眼神接觸及仔細聆聽。回答問題時不要冗長絮叨及問非所答,亦不要只顧說話或提問,對話內容應維持60%聆聽及40%回答的法則。 3.不要只顧提出薪酬福利及假期相關等問題:面試者會認為你眼裡只有金錢,如有報酬更佳的工作便會立刻離職。但若是對方先提出相關問題,你不妨與對方進行商討,因這是一個好訊號,證明對方有意聘用,跟據對方的提問,你應開放及誠懇地回答。
