Ping An of China Asset Management (HK) Co. Ltd., established in May 2006, is a subsidiary under Ping An Overseas Holdings. Registered in Hong Kong, it has a registered capital of HKD 65 million. As the major entity responsible for the overseas investment management business of Ping An Group, Ping An Asset Management (Hong Kong) accepts investment management mandates from other subsidiaries of the Group and also provides investors at home and abroad with various overseas investment products as well as external asset management services. Since Mar. 2007, Ping An Asset Management (Hong Kong) has got licenses of RA (Regulated Activity) 9, RA 4 and RA 5, and thus it may engage in asset management services, advising on securities and advising on futures contracts. Taking the core business philosophy of “professionalism and value” and following the essence of Chinese and western culture of “all-inclusiveness and openness”, since its establishment, Ping An Asset Management (Hong Kong) has attracted a team of talented professionals with years of experience in global investment by taking advantage of Hong Kong’s position as an international financial centre. Now, we are looking for a high-powered, motivated individual to join its Strategic and Direct Investments team, based in Hong Kong. The team’s responsibility is to develop investment opportunities, both in China and Internationally, for Ping An’s own account as well as for domestic and international 3rd parties. The position offers plenty of opportunity for initiative and advancement as the team’s scope evolves in step with regulatory and economic developments.
