BRIEF INTRODUCTION
W&Y HOLDING PTE. LTD. ("W&Y" or "the Company"), incorporated in Singapore, is a holding company engaged in a number of diverse business including commodity trading, financial market investment and private equity investment.
The vision of W&Y is to serve our clients with superior products and services. We focus on building deep and long-standing relationships with our clients and constantly look to improve the quality of our products and services.
For the commodity trading business, W&Y has established long term strategic partnership relationship with dozen of large and medium steel enterprises in China. W&Y supplies more than 5 million tons iron ore per annum to these partners. Meanwhile the Company has diversified its trading portfolio and includes new products like coal and laterite-nickel ore. W&Y also established its hedging and risk management capability for the commodity trading business through a dedicated professional financial market team.
For the private equity investment business, W&Y mainly focuses on sectors including commodity, agriculture, TMT and consumer service, especially interested in companies potentially benefiting from economic growth and consumption upgrading in Great China market.
