Summary Description
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the General Merchandise department for Harley-Davidson of Hong Kong. The role requires an outgoing personality, able to manage and motivate a team as well as the sales, inventory and buying strategies for the department.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule a team of full-time and part-time staff
- Maintain departmental P&L, and provide regular sales report to management
- Manage overseas vendors, buying and control a reorder cycle to budget.
- Accurate stock inventory control with regular stock take arrangement
- Provide prompt and accurate service at cash register.
- Ensure team provide excellent customer service
- Plan and execute seasonal / exceptional promotion campaigns for merchandise
- Attend training sessions/ fair in overseas to keep up-to-date merchandising trends
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in managing or operating a retail environment.
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently, energetic, proactive with outgoing character
- Team-player and be able to work with multi-national environment.
- Obtain motorcycle license is a plus
- Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
