Marketing and Customer Service Supervisor (Endoscopy Centre)

Job descriptions:

- Develop marketing strategies and promote the centre to private doctors and patients

- Implement sales and marketing promotion activities, events and talks to recruit doctors and general public

- Advise and keep centre informed of any issues and opportunities favorable to centre

- Collaborate with management and centre staff to provide and maintain excellent customer service to clients

- Acquire and maintain an active client (doctors and patients) relationship

- Handle clients' inquiries and feedback

 

Requirements:

- Tertiary education and relevant sales and marketing, customer service working experience preferred

- Experience to promote products to doctors and specialists would be an advantage

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

- Self-motivated, work independently and confidently to achieve goals

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
