Interior Designer
The Job
- Client: Property Developers / International Hotel Group
- Position:Interior Designer
- Projects:
- Hong Kong & Macau - Luxurious Residence & Clubhouses / Residential Show Flats & Sales offices
- China & Overseas - Luxurious Residence & Clubhouses / Residential Show Flats & Sales offices / Shopping Malls / 5-Stars Hotels
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in interiors design or equivalent
- 3 years solid experience in residential project
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS - Office
- (Skills in free hand perspectives and sketching is favorable)
- Strong experience/sense in space planning/conceptual design/sketching/technical coordination and drawing production
- Ability to handle projects under pressure independently
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Occasional overseas travel may be required
- Experience in Hotel / Shopping Mall / Residential Show Flat / Luxury Retail projects os favorable
- Immediate availability is preferable
Responsibilities
- Assist and report to design manager
- Developing design concepts and consequent images, drawings, FF&E selections and construction details
- Provide support and guidance to other team members to deliver full set construction drawings
- Interface and co-ordinations with clients, contractors and other third parties
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
