Shipping Coordinator (5 day works)
A commodity trade company in Sheung Wan is seeking a Shipping Coordinator.
Job duties:
- Handle full set of I/E shipping documents
- Coordinate with shipping company and customers
- Prepare periodic reports
- Provide administrative and clerical support, such as data entry task;
- Assist on any ad hoc projects/assignments.
Job Holder Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
- Good command in both English and Mandarin
- Familiar with Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal/external customers
- Multi-tasking, able to work independently and within tight deadline
- Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
- Capable of working under pressure
- Immediately available or short notice period is highly preferred
