New Focus Auto Tech Holding Limited is a HK listed Company (stock Code:00360). With nearly 100 directly owned chain stores in China and Taiwan, our Group is the leading auto aftermarkets service provider in Greater China, providing automobile maintenance, professional detailing, fast repair and maintenance, body repairs services, and the sales of auto accessory products. We also manufacture, wholesale & distribute various auto accessory products throughout Greater China and other North American & European markets.
Our Group listed in the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited in February 2005 and issued Taiwan Depository Receipts in Taiwan (Stock Code: 9106) in October 2009, becoming the only company listed in both Hong Kong and Taiwan which engages in the auto aftermarket service industry.
CDH Investment, a famous private equity fund in China, became the controlling shareholder of our Group in August 2013, bringing the Group an even broader platform for its future development.
