Project Title: Installation of Air-conditioning System at Tai Wai Market

The minimum qualifications held by the Resident Clerk of Works (RCOW) shall be as follows: -

1. Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical institute which was/is a member of VTC / Technical college which was/is a member of VTC / Polytechnic university / polytechnic in Hong Kong , or equivalent;

 

1. 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; or

 

1. 5 years relevant experience as Resident Assistant Clerk of Works (RACOW) or eq. in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the Resident Site Staff (RSS) Management Handbook;

 

1. Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.

 

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

駐地盤工程監督(RCOW)職位所要求的最低資格如下：

 

1.     持有香港理工學院/ 香港理工大學/ 香港科技學院/ 香港工業學院/ 香港專業教育學院所頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷;

2.         於取得上述資格後具備最少八年相關工作經驗; 或

3.     具有最少五年在公共工程項目中擔任駐地盤工程監督的相關工作經驗或參照第4.5.2節內的駐工地人員的管理手冊。

4.  符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級*或以上成績，或具同等成績。

 

[注* 過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級的成績， 在行政上會被視為等同2007 年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。]
