About Us
Duties:
- Work closely with customers and vendors independently for ensuring their fully understanding of compliance related requirements.
- Perform Factory Audit based on the required compliance standards
- Identify problem with Factories and implements corrective action plans to correct noncompliant execution of standards.
- Conduct reviews and tests to ensure Factories adherence to standard
- Perform factory direct sourcing activities within the assigned region
Requirements:
- Degree holder in relevant discipline
- Min 5 years' relevant experience in garment industry
- Solid knowledge in audit standard (e.g Sedex, BSCI, ILO & ACCORD)
- Fluent written & spoken in English , Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel China and Asia frequently
- Immediate availability is preferable
