NBF was established in April 1989 by Mr. Fung To Sun, Sunny.  Based upon the "Christian faith and belief", we provide voluntary residential training  for at least 12 months.  The training includes disciplinary training, education and vocational training, and pastoral counselling.  We aim at rebuilding the life goal of our youth, developing good character and equipping them to re-integrate into the community.
