ROLE MISSION / 職位使命

• Lead the sample room to deliver accurate, high-quality and cost-effective samples that support smooth product development and bulk production.

• 領導板房團隊，製作準確、高品質及具成本效益的樣辦，以支持順暢的產品開發及大貨生產。

• Ensure that sample development meets customer requirements, quality standards, production capabilities and cost targets.

• 確保樣辦開發符合客戶要求、品質標準、生產能力及成本目標。

ROLE SUMMARY / 職位概要

• Oversee the daily operations of the sample room and lead the team in sample development, technical communication and problem-solving.

• 負責管理板房日常運作，並帶領團隊進行樣辦開發、技術溝通及問題處理。

• The role works closely with design, merchandising, production and quality teams to ensure samples are developed accurately from concept through to bulk production.

• 此職位需與設計、跟單、生產及品質團隊緊密合作，確保樣辦由產品概念至大貨生產均能準確開發。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / 主要職責

• Report to the Factory General Manager.

• 向工廠總經理匯報。

• Manage and lead the daily operations of the sample room to meet output, quality and cost-control requirements.

• 管理及領導板房日常運作，確保達到產量、品質及成本控制要求。

• Solve technical problems and provide professional advice on product development.

• 解決技術問題，並就產品開發提供專業建議。

• Prepare and manage technical specification packages, clearly communicating fit and construction requirements from concept stage through to bulk production.

• 負責製作及管理技術規格資料，由產品概念至大貨生產，清晰傳達服裝版型及結構要求。

• Ensure that products are developed in line with established fit and quality standards, manufacturing capabilities and cost requirements.

• 確保產品開發符合既定版型及品質標準，並配合生產能力及成本要求。

• Improve material utilization and simplify sample-room operations.

• 提升物料使用效率，並優化及簡化板房運作流程。

IDEAL CANDIDATES / 理想人選

• Solid experience as a Sample Room Manager or Sample Room Supervisor in the garment industry.

• 具備服裝行業板房經理或板房主管的豐富工作經驗。

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a sample-room team effectively.

• 具備出色的領導能力，能有效管理板房團隊。

• Experience in cotton knit garments is preferred.

• 具備純棉針織服裝經驗者優先考慮。

• Experience in infant or children’s wear is an advantage.

• 具備嬰幼兒或兒童服裝經驗者更佳。

• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fitting and sample development.

• 具備扎實的服裝結構、版型及樣辦開發技術知識。

• Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

• 具備良好的溝通、解決問題及組織能力。

• Willing to be stationed in Vietnam, which is approximately a two-hour flight from Hong Kong.

• 願意長駐越南工作；越南距離香港約兩小時航程。

• Work base: Vietnam.
