📝 Responsibilities

• Join an intensive on-the-job training program to become a professional Relationship Manager in branch banking.

• Support the branch team in engaging high-net-worth clients and developing long-term relationships.

• Learn to conduct financial needs analysis and offer tailored wealth solutions, including investment and insurance products.

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients proactively.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines, including KYC and AML procedures.

• Welcome candidates without prior branch experience, training will be provided.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking / insurance preferred.

• Holder of IIQE Papers 1, 2, 3 and HKSI Papers 1, 7, 8 (or willing to obtain).

• Eager to develop a career in wealth management and frontline relationship management.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
