現在為位於域多利道西端的重置域多利亞公眾殮房工程項目 (顧問協議編號: 9AF116) 招聘以下駐地盤人員。申請人需具備良好的溝通能力及表達能力，候選人的面試選擇將根據可上班日期﹑學歷及有關工作經驗而定:

Applicants are invited for the following post for public works project of “Reprovisioning of Victoria Public Mortuary” (Consultancy Agreement No. 9AF116) at the western end of Victoria Road. Applicants must possess strong communication and presentation skills. Selection of candidates for interview would be based on the date of availability, qualification and relevant experience:-

駐地盤建築師的申請人必須具備下列基本入職資格︰

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Architect shall be as follows:

(a)        香港建築師學會（HKIA）的正式會員或資深會員或註冊建築師。

Full member or Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect.

(b)        在取得以上資格後具備三年或以上有關建築工作經驗。

At least 3 years' post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture).

(c)         如有新工程合約（NEC）工程的經驗或具備相關的知識可優先考慮。

Prior experience in New Engineering Contracts (NEC) or possession of relevant knowledge .would be an advantage

駐地盤建築師必須根據建築署所發出的最新《建築及相關顧問選委員會(AACSB)手冊》執行其職務及責任。

The Resident Architect shall provide the duties and responsibilities in accordance to the latest “Architectural and Associated Consultants Selection Board (AACSB) Handbook” issued by the Architectural Services Department.

僱傭合約期為45個月，暫定由二零二六年十一月開始，將根據實際工作情況而考慮續約，薪酬福利會取決於申請人的學歷及工作經驗而定。

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 45 months commencing from November 2026 tentatively with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate's qualification and experience.
