Air Operation Clerk

Responsibilities

• To prepare full set of air freight export shipping documents and answer customer enquiries

• Co-ordinate with oversea agents, customers, warehouse & co-loaders

• Prepare daily operation related-enquiries and input data into the operating system

• Prepare and issue freight invoices to agents and clients in a timely manner

• Track shipment status and provide timely follow-ups
  
  

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above

• 1-2 years experience in air freight forwarder for operations or related experience

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Good communication skills

• Proficiency in Computer Literacy

• Immediate availability is preferred
  
  

Working-hours:

6 days per week 10:00-19:00
