Factory Manager
- Responsible for overall management in the Plants
- With good understanding of routine manufacturing management, production planning and facility maintenance.
- Managing the daily operations among all departments to ensure operational efficiency and reduce cost.
- Evaluate the effectiveness, giving suggestion and recommendations to improve planning, policy, procedures, workflow and controls in order to achieve organizational objectives.
- To monitor, develop, train and lead the teams to ensure all projects can be achieved properly.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent.
- At least 10 years relevant experience preferably in Toys manufacturing industry.
- With LEAN production experience will be a plus.
- Excellent leadership with analytical skills
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
