Marketing Assistant (Manufacturing) (Welcome Fresh Graduate)
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Marketing Manager in handling quotation tasks.
- Maintain relationship with existing customers
- Provide customer service to the prospective customers
- Coordinate with customers in relation to the product enquiry
- Follow up projects and work directly with plant on production planning & commitment
- Account receivable monitoring on the dedicated account
- To estimate budget proposal by referring factory record, requirements and current conditions
- To manage ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistic, Engineering or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the marketing field. Fresh graduates will also be considered
- 刪 IANG visa holder will be also considered
- Solid experience in manufacturing field and project management is an advantage
- Proficiency in using MS applications including Excel (Macro), SQL, VBA
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Candidates with more experience would be considered as Marketing Executive
- May require working from Dongguan office depending on business needs
