Basic application requirements:
- A university degree (no specific major required) or expected graduation in the near future
- Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong without requiring a work visa
- Candidates with internship experience or relevant part-time roles during their university tenure will be considered
- No prior frontline consultant experience in an insurance firm/broker firm required
- Proficiency in Cantonese, basic knowledge of English and Mandarin
- Detail-oriented, personable, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
