Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Strategist!

Location: Central, Hong Kong

Allua Tech is looking for an AI Martech Strategist to help us build the next generation of our digital agency.

Your main mission is to help our company and our clients use AI, marketing technology, automation, and data-driven workflows to create smarter campaigns, better proposals, faster client follow-up, and more scalable business operations.

You will work closely with our management, business, creative, and project teams to apply AI across digital marketing strategy, client communication, proposal preparation, campaign planning, project coordination, and internal workflow automation.

If you are curious about AI, digital marketing, automation, business strategy, and how technology can transform the way companies grow, this role is designed for you.

Your Mission - Apply AI to Real Marketing and Business Workflows:

• Lead regional vendors and KOLs to deliver outstanding search engine marketing, social media, and video marketing campaigns.

• Follow up on corporate-level business inquiries, managing diverse projects across listed companies, MNCs, SMEs, and trendy startups.

• Research client needs and proactively offer tailored solutions.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful marketing campaigns and PR events.

• Innovate and develop new products and services to expand our offerings.

• Building reusable AI prompts, templates, and workflows for the team

• Testing different AI tools and recommending how they can improve sales, marketing, and operations

What You Bring:

• Degree/Associate Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven track record in sales and marketing.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and independently manage tasks.

• Willingness to occasionally travel for business engagements.
