The role will drive donor acquisition and fundraising performance, while overseeing donor engagement, retention, upgrades, seasonal appeals and the donor database. The successful candidate will use donor data and insights to improve fundraising results, strengthen donor relationships and support TREATS’ long-term sustainability.
