ROLE MISSION  職位使命：

• To lead the planning, coordination and delivery of façade and curtain wall projects from award to completion.

• 負責由項目中標至完工，全面領導外牆及幕牆工程的規劃、協調及交付。

• To ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality and technical standards.

• 確保所有項目安全、按時、按預算完成，並符合指定的品質及技術標準。

ROLE SUMMARY 職位概要：

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned façade/curtain wall projects.

• 擔任所負責外牆 / 幕牆項目的主要聯絡人。

• Work closely with internal design, production and site teams, and with external stakeholders including architects, façade consultants, main contractors, suppliers and clients.

• 與內部設計、生產及工地團隊緊密合作，並與建築師、外牆顧問、總承建商、供應商及客戶等外部持份者協作。

• Take full responsibility for project performance, risk management and problem‑solving.

• 對項目表現、風險管理及問題解決承擔全面責任。

• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methods and standards.

• 推動項目交付方式及標準的持續改進。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  主要職責：

• Lead end‑to‑end project management of façade and curtain wall subcontracts, from design stage through to installation and handover.

• 由設計階段至安裝及交付，全面領導外牆及幕牆分包合約的端到端項目管理。

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, resource plans and budgets; monitor progress and take corrective action when needed.

• 制定並維持詳細的項目進度計劃、資源計劃及預算；監察進度並在需要時採取糾正措施。

• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings and method statements for curtain wall, structural glazing, cladding and related systems.

• 與設計及工程團隊協調，審查及批准幕牆、結構玻璃、包層及相關系統的技術圖則、施工圖及施工方法說明書。

• Liaise with suppliers, fabricators, on‑site installation teams and main contractors to resolve technical, logistical and programme issues.

• 與供應商、加工廠、工地安裝團隊及總承建商聯絡，解決技術、物流及進度問題。

• Ensure strict compliance with Hong Kong building codes, safety regulations and quality standards; lead safety and quality initiatives on site.

• 確保嚴格遵守香港建築法規、安全規例及品質標準；在工地主導安全及品質相關措施。

• Prepare and present regular progress reports, risk assessments, variation orders and other project documentation to management and clients.

• 編製並向管理層及客戶提交定期進度報告、風險評估、工程變更指令及其他項目文件。

• Support design optimisation for manufacturability, cost efficiency and ease of installation, without compromising performance or aesthetics.

• 支援設計優化，提升可製造性、成本效益及安裝便利性，同時不影響性能及外觀效果。

• Manage project changes, claims and variations; support commercial and contractual discussions where required.

• 管理項目變更、索償及工程變更；在需要時支援商業及合約相關討論。

• Mentor and guide junior project staff and coordinators to build team capability.

• 指導及帶領初級項目人員及協調員，提升團隊能力。

IDEAL CANDIDATE  理想人選：

• Educated in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building, Architecture or a related discipline is preferable

• 持有土木工程 / 結構工程、建築、建築學或相關學歷者優先

• Minimum 5 years' experience in façade or curtain wall projects in Hong Kong, preferably with at least 2 years in a project management or similar lead role.

• 最少 5 年香港外牆或幕牆項目經驗，其中至少 2 年擔任項目管理或同級職位者優先

• Solid understanding of Hong Kong subcontracting practices, statutory requirements and quality/safety standards.

• 對香港分包運作模式、法定要求及品質 / 安全標準有扎實認識

• Able to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings; background in design/drafting (CAD, BIM) is a strong advantage.

• 能夠閱讀及理解建築及結構圖則；具備設計 / 繪圖（CAD、BIM）背景者尤佳

• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills; able to work under pressure and solve problems proactively.

• 具備出色的組織、溝通及持份者管理技巧；能在壓力下工作並主動解決問題

• Good command of English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

• 具備良好的英語及廣東話能力；懂普通話者優先

• Professional, hands‑on and results‑driven, with a strong focus on safety, quality and delivery.

• 專業、務實及以結果為導向，高度重視安全、品質及交付
