We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and HR Administration

  • Support daily HR operation, including payroll administration, leave management, MPF, taxation, employee insurance, benefits administration, and benefits review

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer administration, onboarding arrangement

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of training programmes, talent development initiatives and learning & development projects

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, including personnel files, attendance and leave records, and HRIS

  • Support annual HR initiatives, including salary review, bonus administration, performance appraisal, budgeting, insurance renewal and employee engagement surveys

  • Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programmes, staff events, and volunteer services

  • Provide comprehensive office administration support, including office facilities and equipment management, procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, insurance policy administration, vehicle license renewal, and other administration functions

  • Perform ad hoc HR and office administration related duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably gained from a sizable organization or engineering industry

  • Hands-on experience in payroll administration, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and general HR operations

  • Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF legislation, and other employment-related regulations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
