We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue maintenance and repair service business opportunities.

• Manage lift maintenance contracts, tender submissions, and sales activities.

• Develop and expand business opportunities to achieve sales targets and business growth.

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

• Analyze service contracts and service performance to identify improvement opportunities.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs, responding promptly to enquiries, and coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues effectively.

• Work closely with the Service Operations Team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience. Experience in the construction, engineering, lift & escalator, or E&M industry will be an advantage.

• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of responsibility.

• A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels to achieve common goals.

• Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
