We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

• Administer contracts and commercial matters for assigned projects.

• Prepare, evaluate and manage interim payment applications, variations, claims and final accounts.

• Assess contractual entitlement and prepare supporting submissions for variations and claims.

• Identify commercial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and continuous process improvement.

• Support management in commercial reporting, forecasting and project reviews.

• Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or equivalent.

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying and contract administration preferably with exposure in E&M projects.

• Sound knowledge of standard forms of contract such as NEC, GCC or equivalent.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Work independently and report directly to management.

• Self-motivated and detail-minded.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Depending on experience and qualifications, candidates may be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor.
