Job Description:
Oversee foundation-wide operational strategies, daily administrative activities, and resource allocation to ensure organizational alignment and efficiency;
Lead annual budget planning, operational cost control, and resource distribution, and provide strategic guidance, manage staff, recruitment & performance management;
Drive the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects, such as government-funded projects, fundraising campaigns, and social services and report the reviews;
Serve as an official representative of the Foundation at relevant functions, escort and build relationships with key stakeholders, handle important administrative correspondence, and organize important meetings & events;
Liaise with sectors of society (governmental departments, educational organizations, community groups, partners, and other stakeholders) for collaboration and services development;
Formulate and drive public relations and corporate communications strategies to enhance the Foundation’s brand presence, reputation, and public influence locally and globally.
Review & refine the internal governance policies, and update management system and practices;
Perform ad hoc duties as directed by management
Requirements:
Degree holder or above in related disciplines, preferably in social work, social sciences, social services disciplines;
Minimum 8 years relevant operational & management experience in NGO sector, with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior management or executive role;
Experience in student, youth or community service programs is highly advantageous;
Good qualities include strong strategic mindset, team leadership, financial acumen, project management, people and financial management, communication ability, fundraising expertise, proven stakeholder engagement skill, knowledge of non-profit operations and regulations;
Be enthusiasm in serving society;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese);
Overseas travel is required
