Zhen Hua Engineering Company Ltd.
Zhen Hua Engineering Co., Ltd. (ZHEC), the representative of CHEC in Hong Kong, manages CHEC’s business activities in Hong Kong. Established in Hong Kong in 1982, ZHEC has its roots in Hong Kong and contributes back to the community with its professional services. ZHEC is engaged in civil engineering, marine engineering, building and construction, site formation and environmental projects. ZHEC has also diversified into property development, trading and equipment leasing.Under the name of CHEC, the company has obtained the highest construction license (License C) in five categories, permitting it to undertake construction projects of unlimited tender value in Buildings, Port Works, Roads and Drainage, Site Formation, and Water Works.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Supervisor with respect to the overall control of all site activities within their respective section of a project including but not limited to the progress of works, the assurance of the execution of works in accordance with the proper procedures and methods, sub-contractor management, inspection and testing, quality control, safety and environmental issues.
Job Requirements:
A craft certificate in the field of construction from a technical institute, or equivalent; or
Completed a full apprenticeship or other approved course of practical training in the field of construction, plus at least 2 years’ post-apprentice/training experience in the trade; or
At least 5 years’ experience in construction work;
Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Primary 6 standard;
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Foreman.
