Zhen Hua Engineering Company Ltd.
Zhen Hua Engineering Co., Ltd. (ZHEC), the representative of CHEC in Hong Kong, manages CHEC’s business activities in Hong Kong. Established in Hong Kong in 1982, ZHEC has its roots in Hong Kong and contributes back to the community with its professional services. ZHEC is engaged in civil engineering, marine engineering, building and construction, site formation and environmental projects. ZHEC has also diversified into property development, trading and equipment leasing.Under the name of CHEC, the company has obtained the highest construction license (License C) in five categories, permitting it to undertake construction projects of unlimited tender value in Buildings, Port Works, Roads and Drainage, Site Formation, and Water Works.
Job Responsibilities:
To carry out structural design/analysis for different projects;
To prepare structural drawings and reports for structural design;
To coordinate with client, construction team, and other designers (e.g. architects and MEP engineers) regarding the preparation, submission, amendment, construction and modification of permanent works and major temporary works;
To assist in alternative design to permanent works to meet the client and statutory requirements;
To manage and supervise external consultants;
To carry out statutory site supervision work, if necessary;
To handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors; and
To assist tender preparation
Job Requirement:
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum 5 years working experience in structural design works;
For positions of Senior Engineer and above, RPE(STL and/or CVL) is a MUST; and
Experience with main contractors is preferred but not a must
